iVisit offers several ways to share files, movies. music, web pages, PowerPoint Presentations etc.

When connected to others in a conference the Tools/Sharing window allows everyone to send and receive ANY type of file, when sending URL's "follow the leader" is also available.

If you just want to send a file to one person in a conference drag and drop it onto their personal AV window.

Using the sharing window?
Any section of your Desktop can be sent to others by clicking the 'TV' button in the Sharing window and then using the size selector to set which section to send. If you want to send live Desktop images (continuos refresh) click and hold the Send button (two up arrows) until it goes dark blue.

If you want to share a PowerPoint Presentation with a person or group open it firstly in PowerPoint and 'Save As html' This creates a file called index.html and a folder of content - just drag the 'index.html' file onto their AV or sharing window and iVisit will automatically send the folder content. Once everyone has the content then you can navigate through the Presentation and all will see it.
