E-mail or phone to obtain their Username.Code (Bob.1234)
Select People button in Address Book and type Username.xxxx next to + at bottom then press Enter.
Click Call on their remote AV window or AV message them for time to connect. You can also send them text messages.

If you don't need to make a live video connection, or this fails for some reason (Router or Firewall misconfiguration can cause a 'User unreachable' response) then you can always Message a person as this goes through our Server.
Click [Msg] in their AV window and type to them in the Chat window, if they are on-line they will receive this at once, if not they will see it the next time they log on.
We also now offer guest logons for you to use.
