What size License do I need ?

You must consider the maximum number of of users in meetings, and individual connections, at any one time and purchase the appropriate 'simultaneous user' bundle size. For example; the entry level b1 system has 10 active accounts from a total 'pool' of 20 - e.g. you can 'recycle' each once if an employee leaves. This license also allows any of the 10 active accounts to host up to 8 guests at a time. The simultaneous users limit applies to any mix of account holders and guests; if you find you have underestimated your requirements, domain tickets can be upgraded at any time through the year.

What domain name should I use ?

You must own the domain name and be able to create a DNS table entry that points 'ivisit.mydomain' to the IP number of the box the server will run on.
