"Forgot password and username"

In iVisit, click Account > Forgot Password or Username

Lost password or Username

In the iVisit Login window that appears, enter either your Email address OR your Username.

Click Recover Info, if successful, you will see:

"Please check the email address you registered with for your password and information"

Click Next then Logon as normal.

We strongly suggest that you change your password right away for your privacy and security.

 

Mac/Classic users, instructions below:

  1. At the Logon screen (Do not logon!)
  2. Click "Account"
  3. Click "Forgot password or username"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions:
    • "Enter your registered e-mail, authorization code, and whatever password you wish. If you do not have an authorization code press Help or visit iVisit.com.
  5. Enter the following:
    • Registered e-mail: (The one you Registered with)
    • Authorization code: (The one Emailed to you) Click here if you have lost your Authorization code
    • Username: (This will appear Grey/Covered with the words "Will be returned")
    • Domain: ivisit.net
    • Password: (Enter a NEW Password)
    • Re-enter password: (same as above)
  6. If all is OK the screen below will say "Ready"
  7. Click "Recover"
    • If successful, you will see:
      • "Your password has been reset. Your complete address is Your_Username.####@ivisit.net"
      • Click OK
    • If Failure, you will see:
      • "Recovery failed: no account found for your_Email_address@your_ISP.com"
      • This means you have not yet created your account.
  8. Logon with your Username and new Password
