Under good conditions, we have seen the TyTN II do around 12 fps bidirectional. Going upstream only from the phone it will do about 15 fps. Going downstream only, about 25 fps. This is at 160x120 resolution. Cut in half (roughly) for 320x240. Data rates to achieve these results are around 100 kbps, though depending on the amount of motion in the video. Whether you can get that from ATT 3G network will depend on where you are located and time of day. Good lighting is critical, ideally natural. In poor lighting conditions the phone cameras slow way down, and image quality degrades.
