Step 1 Click on the red button under your window and "Start Recording"
	Step 2 Stop recording by clicking again to the red button. You can also "Pause Recording" by clicking on the "II" button beside the red button and start again by clicking on the red button. The elapsed time you can see beside.
	Step 3 After stopping recording, the "Save as" Window appears asking where to save the IVB file. Save the File to your Desktop for ease. Plus Account users now have the option to "Save as QuickTime Movie" their recorded files! Click here for more information.
	Step 4 To play the file to your own PC, click File > Play File. A new window will open with your saved "IVB" file. To stop playing that file, close the new window.
	Step 5 To play back the file to the "Network" (All others can see it), Click File > Play File to Network. A new window will open with your saved "IVB" file. To stop playing that file, close the new window.

Additional settings
Click the black arrow to the right of "Record" and click "Settings". Here you can change "Recording rate", "Maximum File Size", privacy settings to choose if you wish others to be able to call you if you Email or File share with them a Recording.IVB and also "A/V Message confirmation", click here for more details on AVMessaging.

Recording others
To "record others" make sure that others allow you to record them by selecting on their computers, "Others may record me". Then select locally "Record all windows" (PC) | "Record connections" (Mac) and repeat steps 1 through 5 above.

Allowing others to record you
If you want others to record you, enable "Others may record me". When they begin to record you, a window will appear asking for permission to record you.
