Drag N Drop how-to for sharing Files, Video, Audio, Still image media and text!

  1. Open your local file browser
  2. Select the media file to play to others - on PC .avi .mp3 .mov on Mac .mov .mp3 .gif (other formats may work)
  3. Drag and Drop it onto your Local AV window
  4. The file will be sent as your video/audio

For still images, you must pause your Local AV video first, then Drag and Drop as explained above.

You can stop file playback by clicking the Black Right-Facing arrow at the top of your Local AV Window and selecting "Stop playing" or, just drop another file onto the AV window.

You can also drag and drop files onto another persons AV window and send it to them in the background using File Transfer - Click here for more information on file transfer. Additionally, you can drag-n-drop files into the sharing window for immediate display, handy for things like images, web pages, presentations, click here for more information on the sharing window.

You can also drag and drop copied text into the Chat or Message window and iVisit will paste the text into the chat window. For example, you can highlight text in a web page then drag the selected text to the chat window. Additionally a .txt file can be drag-n-dropped onto your local AV Window and it will display in your video at 1 line per second. Click here for more details about the chat window.
