VIDEO MENU:

  • Pause: Pauses your video stream to others (needed before you can Paste)
  • Paste Image From Clipboard: Pastes an image you have stored in your Clipboard.
  • Image Size: Change from 160 x 120, 320 x 240, 640 x 480
  • Display video as others see it: Shows the quality/speed other actually get
  • Display video as I see it: (Default) Displays video from your camera
  • Banner Area: (text directly below your own video) - click and type (no cursor appears)

AUDIO MENU:

  • Talk Button: Click or press CTRL to broadcast audio or talk
  • + and - are used to raise and lower the volume and sensitivity of the microphone
  • Mute Speaker: Blocks incoming audio
  • Mute Microphone: Blocks outgoing audio
  • Hands Free Mode : Enables hands free broadcasting - slide the ^ to adjust the cut-in level
  • Push To Talk PTT: (Default) The talk button must be clicked to broadcast audio
  • Echo Suppression: Helps cut out echo in hands free mode with stand alone microphones/speakers
  • Open Settings: Opens your Audio Preferences window
  • Codec: VBR for best audio - 32k as optional alternative

RECORD MENU:

  • Replay: Allows you to replay the video you recently recorded
  • Stop: Stops play out of current recording
  • Save as QuickTime movie: Plus Account feature allowing you to export your recordings to QuickTime
  • Live record settings: iVisit settings for recording options, the record rate and file size
  • QuickTime video and audio settings: Allows you to adjust your preferences for exporting.
  • Record self: Only records you
  • Record connections: Records all open video windows and text chat
  • Others may record me: Select ONLY if you want others to have the ability to record you
  • (You will get a Pop-up dialogue "name is Recording you - Allow/Deny")

REMOTE MENU:

  • Reconnect/Disconnect:
  • Send file: (only available if you have their full Username.####)
  • View received files:
  • Save address: (only available if they have called you or you already have their full Username.####)
  • User settings: Optional user settings for that person
  • View message archive: Views any chat with this person
  • View AV message folder: Views any AVMessages from or to this person
  • Block: Blocks them from calling you again
  • Remove from: 15 minute time out if you are the home owner or moderator
  • 5 day ban from: As above
  • 60 day ban from: As above
  • Image size: Allows you to select the image size you are viewing that person at
  • Frame rate:
