Handling Abuse

COURSE OUTLINE:
This course covers the touchy subject of Handling Abusive Guests and Users. What to do and more importantly what NOT to do should you have to deal with abuse. Also covered will be what to do if you need to escalate the matter to a higher authority.

Classes run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 5:00 PM GMT (one hour earlier from the first Sunday in April and ends on the last Sunday in October) and repeats over a 12 hour period. Click here for time conversions
