COURSE OUTLINE:
Here you will learn the basics of iVisit troubleshooting, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and their answers. Simple usage questions, like "how do I view my friends video?", "chat window not open", and "how to help others". Most importantly, learning to listen to other users and how to gauge what level of trouble they may be having. Assessing the issue.

Classes run on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 5:00 PM GMT (one hour earlier from the first Sunday in April and ends on the last Sunday in October) and repeats over a 12 hour period. Click here for time conversions
