Video Quality Codec keep at 7 OR less depending on the speed of your connection. If you have an internal network or a very fast reliable Internet connection, you can increase this higher.

High resolution capture is available for all users to enable video up to 640 x 480.

Audio Codec on faster connections we suggest using VBR (44k average). ADPCM4 (32kbps) is suggested as an alternative lower codec.
