Settings > Preferences > Audio
iVisit needs to know what sound input and output devices you will be using to send and receive audio. Audio parameters are set in two places. Some via the Settings Menu and the rest on the Local AV Window

PC: Adjusting Audio part 1:
- Click Settings > Preferences > Audio and select your sound card under Output > Playback.
- Also select your Mic from the Input > Recording pull down
- Place a check mark in the option for Full Duplex option
- Set both slide bar percent readings to the 100% range to start.
- Click the Codec tab > Audio > VBR

Adjusting Audio part 2
- In your small AV window click the arrow > next to Audio and on that menu;
- Adjust Speaker and Mic volumes
- On the arrow > across right from Audio is another menu;
- Select 'Push to Talk' and 'Switch to Mic on PTT'

- Click System Preferences in OS X dock
- Click Sound icon
- Click Input OR output tab
- Select your audio source
- Adjust input AND output volume
- (volume can be tested)
- Close it



Adjusting Audio part 1
- Click Settings > Audio Device Settings
- Check the SOURCE device and input are set to your mic
- Check the SPEAKER is ON and that the GAIN is at 110%
Adjusting Audio part 2
- In your Local AV window click the black arrow across right from Audio and on that menu;
- Select 'Push to Talk', and check Speaker and Mic are not muted
- On the Codec menu select VBR
- go to the APPLE SOUND CONTROL PANEL > Input Tab > select the mic or USB Line
