All messages are stored in the message archive. Room chat and 1:1 chat is not stored.

Message archive: To read the last the most recent messages in the Chat Box, click on the person's name/picture or click on the date/time to see a chronological listing of message folders from which you can choose.

click on folders to see the conversation contents

click on the green -> arrow to read a message line

Delete by dragging the message or folder to the trash can. Items will not be permanently deleted until you choose "Empty Trash" from the File menu. All messages are stored in the message archive. Room chat and 1:1 chat is not stored.
