Video issues

Troubleshooting check list:
  1. Is the camera plugged in and to the correct socket ?
  2. Have you installed the right camera driver software?
  3. Is the camera driver software up-to-date? (Check the makers web site)
  4. Need a driver for a hard to find camera? Check here: www.driverguide.com
  5. Has the camera ever worked outside iVisit/with other software?
  6. Are other video programs like NetMeeting, MSN, Yahoo! Messenger, iChat disabled? (You can only run one application using video at a time)
  7. Is the camera selected under iVisit Video Preferences?
  8. Is the Format set to 160 x 120 pixels?
  9. Is the capture card/source set to PAL?
  10. Is high resolution not working? Be sure you and those you are trying to view at high-res all click the right arrow on top of the Local AV Video window and verify that "High resolution" is checked.
