If you are using a Router or Firewall, have the following ports allowed:
OUTGOING:
- Local UDP port 9940 (sometimes called local source port)
- Remote UDP port (ALL) (sometimes called remote destination port)
INCOMING:
- Local UDP port 9940 (sometimes called local destination port)
- Remote UDP port (ALL) (sometimes called remote source port)
You could also try a "loose UDP" configuration making the local UDP ports (outgoing and incoming) for a wider range 9940 through 9950 but it should not be necessary.
After you type in the four pieces of information (Registered e-mail, Authorization code, Username, and Password twice), if the "Create" button is still not "lit" then simply click on the space where you typed in the Authorization code again. This should now light up the Create button.
You can only have one Username per registration. If you would like a different Username, register again using a different email address.
