E-mail or phone to obtain their Username.Code (Bob.1234)
Select People button in Address Book and type Username.xxxx next to + at bottom then press Enter.
Click Call on their remote AV window or AV message them for time to connect.

Click ivisit.net (next to blue/green marble) and explore the Neighborhoods
Click a Home > Chat room > Join this room to get into a video chat

Navigate to the location your company gave you
Or type the address into the Places list home.theirusername.####
Click the shortcut > Chat room > Join this room.

Drag it and drop it onto your friends video

Set your provider Internet access on
Logon

Click Contacts

Click a Home > Chat room > Join this room to get into a video chat
