2. Forum assistance - post a message in our User Forums to get help from community members or helpers. If you haven't posted before you need to register for the forum and be emailed a password, this login is not the same as the software.
   
3. Immediate assistance - you can chat in your browser to one of our team if available
   
4. iVisit Specialist assistance - If the problem cannot be resolved via email, a forum post or web chat then we are happy to offer a 15 minute one-to-one appointment with an iVisit Specialist.  Please complete our Request Form to explain your problem and schedule a 1:1 appointment.
