iVisit's Welcome Neighbourhood is hosted by iVisit staff and volunteer user experts who's aim is to welcome you and make sure you have a successful iVisit.

In this area you can find our Help Desk with live, real-time people who will answer your questions and work to resolve any difficulties you may be having with cameras, microphones etc. Please use the Chat window to type your question to them. To enter the Help Desk, click Welcome > Help Desk > Join. Also available is CyberSchool for online tutorials.

The Lounge and Meeting Point chat rooms are open to all users and an excellent start for folks new to iVisiting - also check out the 'Friends' and 'Community' Neighborhoods for homes that welcome new iVisitors. Read any home rules before entering and abide by them for best results.
